To make a purchase through our website:
Navigate through the website using the top and side menus.
Select the desired route, click on the book button that will take you to a Google form where you can make the pre-booking, fill in your data until the end and click on send.
You must receive a message with a copy of the pre-reservation and, if necessary, the confirmation of the reservation. Without a message stating that the reservation is confirmed, you can never assume that you have a place on the tour or that the reservation has been made.
Sometimes the visits have a limited capacity, so as soon as we receive your pre-reservation, we will check if there is availability for the visit and if not we will inform you as soon as possible proposing if possible other times or visits.
You can place your order by registering on our website or directly without registering as a customer.
Please make sure that the data entered at the time of pre-booking are correct, especially the email and your personal data, otherwise you will not receive the mandatory confirmation email.
Payment will never be made through the website. For scheduled daily tours, payment will be made at the meeting point. For private tours the company may ask you to pay by bank transfer to guarantee the reservation.
Check the emails you may receive, and if you find any error, please let us know, by phone or by email to info@ivantour.es.
VAT: All our prices include the VAT corresponding to the mentioned tourism and leisure activities, the contributions in the freetours are considered as a professional activity so it is also considered that the 21% of the contribution is the corresponding VAT.
The products advertised on the website will be available as long as the maximum capacity has not been exceeded and as long as there are guides available, otherwise you will be notified as soon as possible in order not to cause any damage to the customer.
Sometimes the schedule changes of some monuments (especially the cathedrals of León or Palencia) may alter the usual schedule or the content of some of the visits, whenever this happens (as it is beyond our responsibility) we will inform you as soon as we have the news of the change, offering you options or information of the change.
You make through the web a pre-booking, only with the receipt of an email that explicitly mentions the confirmation of your reservation you can consider your reservation as confirmed. Especially activities with very limited capacity or last minute reservations cannot be considered confirmed unless otherwise indicated.
Payments will be made by credit or debit card for all products listed on this website.
It is also possible to pay for guided tours by bank transfer (the user will have to request it by e-mail to info@ivantour.es) and will be sent an e-mail with the payment instructions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel a reservation, please contact us by email at info@ivantour.es, at least 24 working hours before the date of the reserved guided tour.
No refunds will be given for regular scheduled tours unless cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance.
In private and arranged guided tours, no refunds will be made if the cancellation is not made 72 hours in advance, and in visits that coincide with long weekends, or weekends, the notice must be at least 7 days.
Ivan Tour reserves the right to refuse cancellations communicated or sent outside the deadlines. We will not accept any change or cancellation if you have not previously contacted us to let us know.
